How I do go about registering an account?

I have acquired a new set of username and password but I can’t seem to log into any of the P8 games. Why is that?
To enable one single username/login ID for multiple games, we suggest all our new accounts or players to go through these simple steps in order to access our games;

  • Visit www.p8poker.com
  • Log in using the member ID and password given to you.
  • Kindly complete the "First Time Login" form (it will take less than a minute!)
  • Once successfully changed to your new username and password, YOU ARE ALL SET TO access our P8 apps!
  • Log in to our apps with your new username and password. Good luck and have fun!


Do the games work well with android cell phones, IPhones and other mobile products?
Our products work wonderfully with most Android and Apple devices. If you have any issues running our apps, we are more than happy to assist you or find out what is causing the issue through our Live Chat customer service representatives.


I am unsure of the rules of the games. Where can I find more information?

I notice that P8 provides several games. Am I able to log in using one particular ID?
Fortunately, you are able to use one unique ID to access the variety of games we offer.


I keep getting disconnected while playing. Please help!
Disconnection issues can be caused by various reasons. Firstly, please try to reset your connection. If that doesn’t help, we are willing to assist you in trying to isolate and resolve this issue. Please provide us with the following information so we may help.

Among the things we will need to know are:

  • Operating System (i.e. Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OSX, etc…)
  • Computer Processor (i.e. Pentium 4, 2.4 GHz, etc…)
  • System RAM (i.e. 512 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB, etc…)
  • Connection Type (i.e. Dial-Up, Cable, DSL, Satellite, etc…)
  • ISP (Internet Service Provider, company name that provides your Internet service)
  • Router/Modem (i.e Dlink DI-624, Linksys WRTG54GS, etc…)


I got disconnected from the game while it is still ongoing. What will happen to that current hand and chips?
In the event that if you get disconnected from the game, you will be given an additional time 30 seconds to reconnect. In the event that you do not reconnect within the allocated time, for Texas Holdem, your hand will be considered an auto check, or if there is a bet from another player pending, your hand will be folded.

For 6 Cards Poker, should you get disconnected, your hand will be auto-played according to the most basic six-card poker rules for 3 consecutive rounds. If you fail to reconnect with these 3 rounds, you will be kicked out from the table.


I have missing funds issues. What should I do?
Don’t panic. We do encounter this issue regularly. If you have found any chips discrepancies and/or missing funds from your account balance, kindly contact one of our customer representatives via Live Chat feature or Wechat.

You may need to provide your login ID or original member ID.


I suspect there are players involving in some sort of collusion. Where can I report and will actions be taken against them?
Do not fret. Should you worry that there are players colluding or involved in some sort of suspicious activities, kindly take a screenshot or provide the game ID to one of our customer representative via Live Chat and/or Wechat.

If you couldn’t manage to get a screenshot or game ID, kindly provide us more details (a rough estimation);

  • Suspected colluders’ player names/nicknames on table
  • Table name
  • Table limit
  • When it happened


Why have I been kicked off a table?
If you have been inactive and have not placed a bet in two or more consecutive rounds of play, you will lose your seat. You are able to take any other available seat at the table or rejoin the game.


I can’t seem to be able to log into my account even though with the correct username and password. Why?
Please contact one of our customer representatives and quote on the error message that prompted up. If there isn’t any, providing your username would be sufficient.


What are the lowest stakes games available in p8?

How do I deposit or withdraw money from my account?
For the most effective and convenient way, contacting your account assignee would be the best option.
